crab alfredo...yum!

I've tried this simple recipe for my husband and I and just recently made it for a few friends and it was a huge hit.

Crab Alfredo
Serving Size: 4

2 - 16 oz. containers of Classico Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce
1 - 16 oz. package of your pasta of choice (I chose spaghetti, but recipe can easily be made with any variety of pasta)
1 - 1lb. of Imitation Crab Meat, flaked
Old Bay Seasoning, to your liking

You will need two pots - one to begin boiling water for your pasta and a second a second pot to heat your alfredo sauce.

In a medium-size bowl, dice the crab meat into small pieces and add Old Bay Seasoning to your taste preference. Set bowl of crab meat aside.

Cook pasta according to the directions and begin heating your alfredo sauce. When the sauce begins to heat, add crab meat and stir. Once your pasta is thoroughly cooked, drain and add your sauce/crab meat mixture. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and serve immediately.

Enjoy!
