For all you 80's children out there, you will be jealous to know that I have the amazing opportunity to see Pat Benatar perform this weekend while I am traveling down to the parts of St. Petersburg, FL. That's right - the 80's queen herself will be hittin' the stage while my girlfriends and I jam to her musical talents in the lawn below. Totally radical!

Ah...remember those days when Pat was steamin' up the Top 40 charts? During the era of bad perms, those fashion-no slap bracelets, leg warmers, and MC Hammer pants all the while our mouths were filled with braces and retainers, we were jamming to the likes of Love Is a Battlefield, Hell Is for Children, Hit Me With Your Best Shot, and Heartbreaker. While I have confidence in myself that my fashionable attire has improved since those days (and, yes, the braces and retainers are gone), Pat Benatar still rocks the casbah!
