I've just decided that I am also going to use my blog to log (I'm a poet and I didn't know it! hehe) my workouts. I am currently training for the Philadelphia Distance Run (13.1 miles) that takes place on September 18th. Keeping a log will help me stay on track with my training as well as boost my confidence as the race nears.
Today I am running 5 miles at Ridley Creek State Park.
