yum...blueberries

Here is a recipe I found in a recent Fitness magazine. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it sounds deeeelish:

Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Granola
Lemon-Flavored Non-Fat Yogurt
Chunks of Pineapple or Mango

Simply layer each ingredient and serve chilled.

Enjoy!
