I know I have been neglecting my blog lately, but with Christmas just days away my spare time has been filled with busy days at work, last minute shopping, and attending oh-so-fab holiday parties.

I am excited, yet embarrassed by my own geekness, to announce the exciting news that I just purchased a new vacuum cleaner yesterday. In addition to the Eagles kicking ass, it was the highlight of my day. The Dirt Devil Vision. It sucks like no other vacuum sucking I've experienced. And with a puppy Akita gleefully spreading her hair love all over the house, the more suckage the better.

Oh the things I get excited over.

And to emphasize my excitement today, as of two hours ago I am officially done my Christmas shopping. It's a great feeling. Now I have hours of wrapping, wrapping, and more wrapping to look forward to. Although, I have to admit, I love gift wrapping. I find it to be a stress reliever and an outlet for my creativity. With all those bow, paper, and ribbon combinations to choose from, Christmas gift wrapping can be turned into an art form. Add a glass of wine and I have myself a party. It doesn't take much to entertain me.
