workout log
I haven't posted a workout log since last Thursday, so I'll have to catch you up...
I took Friday and Saturday off, ran 5 miles on Sunday, walked 4 miles on Monday, and ran 5 miles yesterday. I am taking today off and plan on running my 10 miles tomorrow (I know I said I'd do it today...but I like taking a day off before running that distance to rest up).
I am also planning on running in a 15k in Wilmington, DE on Sunday, October 9th to replace running in the Philly Distance Run.
