at a loss

My best friend is getting married in less than two weeks and I have been honored with the role as Matron of Honor for her big day. Char and I have known each other since about 2nd grade and have been through it all together - the make-ups, and the break-ups, the laughter, and the tears. And even though she now lives in a different state, we are still just as close today as we have ever been.

One of the many responsibilities that come along with the title of Matron of Honor is writing a stellar speech. Being that Char composed a 'bring you to your feet and cheer' speech for my wedding just a year ago, I have big shoes to fill. But how do I put into words how much she means to me and how happy I am that she found such an amazing man to marry? How do I put into words that she is truly the sister that I never had? You know, without actually saying it in so many cheesy words...in front of 200 people, half of which I have never met before. The pressure and the countdown is on. Yikes.

i am not very good with the words sometime but if you need any help just let me know! I know that your speech will make us all cry just like her speech at your wedding did.
