absent note

I feel the need to let the few, but dearly loved, readers of my blog know that I plan on being absent for the majority of this week...hoping to reinstate my regular posts by the beginning of next week. I've been busy catching up on the few days I missed here at work, at the same time trying to close some projects to prepare for the few days I will be out at the end of the week and the beginning of next. Lots going on in the world of Michelle!

First off, my one year wedding anniversary came and went over the weekend. My hubby and I spent a celebratory, romantic weekend at a Bed n' Breakfast in the mountains...spent horseback riding (my first time!), shopping, and eating lots of great food. The 4th of July holiday was observed with drinks, dogs, and burgers with family and friends. And now I have a busy wedding weekend in front of me...a stellar wedding toast still to finish (yikes!) and tending to the bride!
