I need to recommend an amazing book to all my beloved readers out there - Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis. This book rocked my world in more ways than one. It reveals the sexy, adoring, yet ugly world of sex, drugs, and rock and roll. The Red Hot Chili Peppers are not only one of my favorite bands but their album Californication reached me like very few albums have, so I had a biased interest in reading this autobiography from the start. Yet, even if you are not a Chili Peppers fan this book will invoke you into a whirlwind, drug-infested and spiritual world of a brilliant writer and poet: Anthony Kiedis.

From beginning to end, this book offers you an insight into the highs and the painstaking lows of what the world of rock and roll can entail. I strongly recommend you get lost in this book. I know I did.

Update: OK, so not only does this book provide you with endless entertainment, but it also entails you to nightly visits from the sexy Anthony Kieidis himself. That's right ladies, Anthony has been in my dreams the last couple of nights and I can now speak from experience (subconsciously, of course) that his reputation with the ladies is extremely well deserved. yummy.
