workout log
I have been really slacking on keeping up with my workout log lately. I just came off of a mini vacation, so 4 days of last week were basically pissed away over eating lots of food and consuming large quantities of alcohol. I ran one morning and walked every morning...but only to help cushion the large number of calories I was intaking each day.
I did run my normal 5 miles yesterday but probably won't be getting back into my regular 4-5 day/week workout schedule until next week.
Anywho...that's that.
